Things were good at first, but quality of service greatly declined. About 3/4 of the way through my treatments, they shut down for about 3 months due to staffing issues. In that time, I had almost complete regrowth of hair. No financial compensations for that delay in treatments were offered. Customer service and professionalism were lacking at the end of my treatment course. Unfortunately, I had to pay upfront for the entire treatment course, so I had no option of cancelling or going elsewhere

I recently visited the Fayetteville location for a Hollywood facial. The staff were amazing and the service has been wonderful! Very happy with my experience and results. I saw some of the earlier poor reviews after signing up and was a little surprised and a bit concerned going forward but was told that was from previous staff and management that is no longer there. Again, so far my experience has been great…and no they didn’t pay me to say this 🙂

I had laser removal at other places before, for about the same price and had better results. Started my “package” with them November 2020 and still hairy. Was originally at their Ft. Smith location when halfway through they said they have to do it all over again because they had me on the wrong schedule. Eventually after a few more treatments they closed down to relocate and remodel. I ended up having to go to the Fayetteville location, which is an hr and a half drive for me but figured management would be better. At my second visit in Fayetteville I notice they will be relocating to Rogers, which is even further for me. I wanted to ask for my money back but on my third visit they only ended up moving next door. The day before my 4th treatment in Fay they call to let me know my appointment has to be canceled and someone will reach out to reschedule. This was not surprising because my appointments were often rescheduled. After weeks no one called me back, and no one returned my phone calls to reschedule. I asked for a refund which they say will go through their accounting department. It’s been a month and I still haven’t received a refund for the treatments I never received. I don’t think this business is in operation anymore, but I recommend paying as you go and not upfront.

DONT GO THROUGH THEM!!! By far the worst company. They were in fort smith and then after a month of services, they moved back up to Fayetteville. Which was fine. But then they kept rescheduling my appointment. I have had maybe 4 appointments over the last year because of how irresponsible they are. Every time I call, they have no idea how many services I have left. They are irresponsible and a waste of time!

I visited Laser Partners for the first time today and from the moment I walked in, they were welcoming and friendly! The waiting area was clean and comfortable. I had a laser facial done by Kaitlyn and she was super knowledgeable and explained everything right off the bat! She made me feel comfortable right away. Everyone was professional and helpful! I definitely recommend this place for not only facials, but they have an array of services for everyone. I am very happy with my experience and results from the services I received!

Do not give them money up front! I paid half the total cost of a ‘package’ up front as a deposit they said they required. After only 3 of 8 appointments (each with an additional appointment charge paid), they canceled on me for an unspecified reason and then proceeded to not answer their phones for several weeks or return my voicemails; well past the time when my next appointment was required to be done based on the schedule they established. I went by there in person to find their doors locked during normal business hours and nobody on the premises. When they finally called me back, they acted like they were ready to schedule my appointment like nothing had happened. I told them they were over a month too late and that I wanted a refund of the portion of my deposit that was for the 5 appointments I hadn’t had yet, and they said they ‘weren’t authorized to do that’. I’m now having to go through my credit card company to try and get my money back. I don’t know if they are actually still operating or not, but whatever you do, don’t pay them up front for any services.

The staff here is helpful and knowledgeable. I started with laser hair removal and have since added Hydra Facials monthly. My hair removal appointments have been very effective. Definitely coming back. One of the best experiences by far. The staff was incredibly welcoming, warm and professional. The prices are EXCELLENT. Very pleased with how affordable my treatment was. Compared to other places I’ve visited in the past this office beats them by a long shot. The equipment they used was incredibly comfortable and top of the line. The Nurse who preformed my treatment was down to earth, professional, informative and incredibly sweet. All in all I am very happy and satisfied with the team at Laser Partners. If I could give them a higher rating then that of a 5 star then believe me I would give them a 10 star. Keep up the great work ladies.
