Unfortunately, never got to a point where shaving was out of the question. After six sessions, which is part of their package, I expected to cut out shaving all together. While hair was reduced, it was not completely removed in six sessions and I feel 8 would have been more appropriate. Disappointed because the cost/justification is a little much, particularly when I anticipated being done in 6 sessions time and expense wise. Several months later and I definitely see less hair, but again, never the completely smooth touch I was expecting, and shaving is still necessary. Wish services included 8 sessions for the cost.

I have been going here for treatment for over 2 years for laser hair removal. After I completed my initial 9 sessions, it took MONTHS for hair to grow back at a rate I was uncomfortable with. I recently met Allison C who treated me for my touch-ups. She is literally THE nicest person I have met there! She made me feel the MOST comfortable. She provided great service to me even when I arrived to my appointment upset. She did not reciprocate my energy and killed me with genuine kindness which altered my mood. If you are a new client, I recommend asking for Allison.
