Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI went here for laser hair removal. I bought multiple packages – for an entire year, they just would forget to schedule me for part of it. IE: I’d schedule my Brazilian and my legs, but when I’d show up they just forgot legs. Each time. Literally until the end of all of my Brazilian sessions lol. And when I asked for a refund (because I was never notified that you can’t get refunds, and honestly I was fed up at this point. Plus, the laser hair removal only worked during the sessions but at the end of the day they really didn’t do anything. Brazilians I understand, but even the other parts! I’m dark haired and fair skinned, ideal for laser.)So after not getting my services done, and after being told no refunds, I had to file a whole chargeback on my card from like the previous year because I had paid in full. If you come here, don’t pay in full. Better yet, just please go somewhere where you will get quality laser services done. I went here for laser hair removal. I bought multiple packages – for an entire year, they just would forget to schedule me for part of it. IE: I’d schedule my Brazilian and my legs, but when I’d show up they just forgot legs. Each time. Literally until the end of all of my Brazilian sessions lol. Critical: ProfessionalismHi came in 15 mins before my appt, the girl at the front desk was so rude, she said we have to wait for the nurse to do your treatment. I said that’s ok then she said hopefully she will be here in time, I explained that I have to go to work after that’s why I booked my appt at 9 so I would need to leave on time. She said I can’t control that what if the nurse had a car accident. I waited anyways and then she started asking me questions about my appt to which I responded and then she said “ I can’t deal with you being rude to me” I said if anything you are being rude, you did not even say good morning when I walked in and was giving me attitude. She said I don’t have to say good morning because you were here before your appt!!!!!!I then left and waited in my car but this is unacceptable and very disrespectful. Positive: Communication, ProfessionalismI got botox and my crow’s feet done by RN Tessa B. for the first time. Let’s just say I will be back again when the time comes! Tessa made me feel so comfortable and made just the right suggestions that worked for my face. I was hesitant going in but she was so thorough. Highly recommend booking with her!!
