I have what my sister refers to as “resting thinking face” and though it was very subtle I beginning to see glabellar lines and it had been bothering me for some time. I saw Todd for my first ever filler for that zone and he was incredible. I felt at ease in the cozy, clean environment while he explained the process thoroughly. It was fast and my results were exactly as hoped!

This place is truly horrible, I do not recommend going there. Place is dirty and not hygienic! Depending on the day they can be nice, or more often – not that pleasant. Usually initial niceness disappears after you sign up for treatment and pay, afterwards they don’t care about you. The treatment itself is not much effective, very minor improvements. In comparison with other places, their laser is weak (which reflects in the price, however I wouldn’t pay that much for that little difference for before and after). WARNING – DO NOT BUY their lifetime warranty – they don’t honor your signed contract and overcharge you. I had in my contract that touch ups will be $50, and when I came to get it, they wanted a quadruple fee because they raised their prices – what’s the point of a contract if you’re not going to warrant it (and, there is nothing in fine print about them being able to increase that fee). Just save your money, your body and go somewhere else, but to this place! Ideal image was much better, and I’d rather overpay but get a fair and clean service done by professionals!
