Do not recommend- do your research. After I was recommended a treatment I went to see an actual Dermatologist and they said I was referred the incorrect treatment. I went through the treatment since I already paid for it and no results. I’m beyond frustrated!! Afterwards, I found out from a girl who use to work there and she said they sell incorrect products and treatments. Waste of time and money.

Laser Loft is a great place to go. The treatments does work. All of their staff is so amazing and have excellent customer services. I really like all their staff especially Landon, front desk ladies and there is two more staff I encountered with that’s amazing too I forgot their name. (Tall Lebanese lady that does fat freeze and it’s a gentleman that looks young curly hair average height; they were amazing as well. Everyone seemed to care and ensured you were satisfied and your treatment went well. They work with you on your schedule and communicate with you thoroughly.

My first experience at Laser Loft was to use a special from First Coast Living for a laser treatment on my face and neck. I fully expected to be pressured into buying additional treatments. I was pleasantly surprised to find that didn’t happen at all. I had a quick consultation with zero pressure, had my treatment which was wonderful, and was offered a very reasonably priced package tailored to my needs/wants with no pressure to purchase it the same day. I was able to leave and have a week to decide. I will absolutely be back!
