I love Laser Infinite beauty. The staff is wonderful and they are really flexible when trying to schedule or change an appointment. Coraly is the absolute best. I have followed her from one practice to this one because she is that good. Always friendly, welcoming, and pleasant. Everyone else if great too. The prices are the best around! They are efficient, cost effective, and offer great services. The office is always clean and organized. Everything is wonderful about them. I drive 25 minutes to get to their office. There are several other places I’ve tried closer to me in DC but none of them are as good or cost effective as Laser Infinite Beauty.

First of all, the two stars off has nothing to do with the customer service. Coraly is amazing and has awesome bedside manner, and all the receptionists were very helpful and polite. Coming in was always nice because they were so welcoming. Customer service is a full five stars!
