My experience at Laser Hair Removal Med Spa was amazing. The staff was very professional and very accommodating. This is my third session with her and I have gotten amazing results and hair growth is practically non-existant. The sessions themselves were not painful at all and the laser technician always made sure I felt comfortable while also delivering great results. The price is very well worth it, especially living in Miami and being in a bikini all throughout the year. Not having to go through the hassle of constantly having to shave or wax is the best. Customer service here is non existent. I scheduled an appointment for Tuesday June 14 at 3PM. Few hours before I received an email that my appointment was rescheduled for the following day at 1PM. Since I did not receive a call from them neither I requested the change I called and discovered that the machine for the laser was broken. I told Kathy that the day/time she rescheduled the appointment for me wasn’t working. I asked to be rescheduled for today at 3PM. I was there at 2.55 – yes I love to be on time. No one was there, I started calling no response. After 30 min waiting under the sun and no one giving me at least a courtesy call I left. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere, this is NO WAY of treating prospective clients. Very disappointed! Wast of time and money!
