I have used Aimee several times for laser light therapy (IPL) to remove my brown spots. The treatment also helps to build collagen. I couldn’t be more satisfied. The treatment works like magic and leaves nice clear skin. I’ve gone to other places and they have not been as good. Aimee knows her stuff, is very safety conscious, efficient, professional and does a great job. I would highly recommend this service.

Friends have asked me how I keep my skin so smooth and I tell them it is because of the IPLs. I purchased a GROUPON from Amy in Feb22 for an IPL. Scheduling was delayed numerous times due to No response or she would request I stop using particular products. I explained & sent pix of my non-problematic product ingredients but she never got back. Amy examined my skin 2x. The 1st time, she saw me in the lobby, claiming she didn’t have an empty room yet when taking an office tour, there was not 1 patient in house. Fri 5/27, 2nd visit, she lazered/tested my skin; I sent pix days later & passed the test. Initially I informed Amy, in detail, abt my bad past experiences. Past lazer technicians kept my numbers/intensities low to keep me coming back. I asked Amy a lot of questions. In turn, I got a very nervous, anxious tech who lacks confidence. For having 19yrs experience, which she pointed out multiple times, she sure was a nervous wreck. She claimed her & I are not a “good match” bc I don’t trust her & refunded me.

I did an IPL treatment for my acne and it has been working, my skin has already cleared up after the initial treatment. The office was very nice and inviting and the rooms for the IPL treatment were very clean. Aimee was more than accommodating to me and made me feel very comfortable while I was having the procedure done. She repeatedly checked in on me to make sure I didn’t feel any pain or intense burning. I have two more treatments to go and I’m looking forward to it.
