Predatory, manipulative, exploitative, insincere. If you have a serious skin issue they will make you think that their services/products can fix it when in reality you need medical intervention. They are in it for the money. If you have normal skin and are looking to be pampered, go for it. But for any stubborn or concerning conditions, see a dermatologist or an esthetician who won’t exploit you.
