The owner is extremely nice. However after 6 months of treatment the hair removal did not work for me at all. I got burnt from the laser and my hairs stayed.

My daughter and I purchased a year long (~12 session) plan for hair removal on multiple areas of our bodies. My daughter was at university, so we made sure to double check multiple times if we could get full 12 treatments even if they lasted more than a year since our visit schedule depended on when she was home. Initially both Sauve and Michelle were extremely friendly and helpful and reassured us that it would be okay. At the befgining, we saw great results with our treatment, and even thought we could be done within 6 sessions. However, after about 3 sessions, Sauve informed us that she would be switching to a new laser machine that provides better results. We trusted her and didn’t really have an option but to continue the treatments. Unfortunately, this new laser was very painful and seemed to reverse our progress and cause new hair growth. Where we once had bald spots from the first laser, we started seeing hair come back. Sauve kept reassuring us that this was just hormonal or based on our hair growth cycle. Once again, we trusted her and continued with the treatment. Slowly, Michelle’s behavior became worse with us and Sauve had to temporarily use a replacement laser because the new one broke down. We were led to believe this replacement laser was going to be used for the rest of the treatment and we again saw great results. But, lo and behold at our next session the painful laser was back.

I was a bit sceptical about laser hair removal period at first, but after speaking with Sauve I learned a lot about the process in minutes. She really knows her stuff. I’ve done about 3 sessions with her and have not had any hair growing back no pain, no break outs, nothing. Also my complexion and skin tone is a lot clearer and even. The only way I can put this simply saying Sauve is amazing! I have already reviewed a prior Laser place (Dunwoody) if that helps and let me say this. I did my homework and went to Gyn, Endocrinologist and my primary Dr to make 1000% sure my decision for laser hair was necessary and not genetic or something like pcos. Well once I went to other place I signed up at believe it or not $3,500. That was about 10-12 sessions every two months due to hair having growing cycles. Well at my last appt I knew I was going to need more and I could have swore at my signup I was told lifetime for the area I paid for. Yeah nooooo that was going to be $125 for every visit after so in their eyes a discounted rate. In my eyes If $3,500 wasn’t going to fix hair growth they weren’t getting another dime from me. Let me say this their office was beautiful and staff was very very nice. With that amount of money I wouldn’t expect any less. I had to seek out laser treatment again in less than three months and going to them again wasn’t gonna happen. I found Laser Envy and with a amazing Groupon offer Sauve has made my chin/neck hair issue so sparse it’s crazy. She is by far the nicest person ever. I don’t like to name people’s names but a very sweet Instagram girl is the person who made me look into this place. I have reviewed the other place and if you search you will find them so you know I’m not misleading anyone. Also I waited a year to do their review as to leave all the emotion out of it and stick to facts. All I can say is thanks. A millions times Sauve thanks you truly don’t get enough praise for what you do for us ladies!!!

Great people, Great atmosphere and top notch service. I get laser hair removal on my face due to ingrown hairs and I am amazed by the results. My hair is barely growing back on my neck and chin. My skin has never looked better.

I had 12 treatments (full body) for over a year, my hair grew back in all the treated areas(dark and light). I’m not super hairy just don’t like shaving. Hair is thinner but still growing. During my consultation I was told it usually takes 8 treatments to remove all hair. So when I bought the full year /full body I was told it would be plenty. Now I’m told I need to buy additional package. Waste of time and money.
