Honestly, kind of bummed with the results. I give the staff 5 stars because they are super nice, welcoming and accommodating, but the results 2 stars. I have had laser hair removal done before with a different company that uses a different kind of laser, I did 10 sessions with that company over 10 years ago and still have amazing results. I did 8 sessions with laser by nicole on my legs and I started to notice around my 4th-5th session that I was not getting the results I wanted. So I let my electrologist know and she increased the strength I think? well, this went of till all my sessions were over. My results were subpar. When I got laser hair removal done the first time with the other company I was 100% hair free by session 8 and am now about 95% hair free 10+ years later. Well, after 8 sessions at laser by nicole, with a different laser, I am about 30% hair free. Yes, the hair is MUCH thinner and MUCH less noticable but it’s VERY patchy and i have about 70% re-growth. I was expecting to have no hair re-grwoth by the end of this, just like I had with my other area that I did 10+ years ago. I guess you really do get what you pay for. I bought a package here and paid about 1/2 of what I paid for when I went to the other place.

Waste of money! Avoid at all costs. As someone who did so many laser treatments before! I did not have similar results when treatment was done by this clinic. Technician seemed like she had no idea what she was doing. Laser on my skin felt way too cold. I should have used my homw IPL. That would have been more effective! I requested a refund or a retouch for the treatment and it was refused

I’m on my 6th session with Laser by Nicole for laser hair removal. I am so impressed with the results so far. I have very dark coarse hair. Samantha is wonderful in making sure I’m comfortable.
