I don’t usually write reviews but I felt the need to do this. I was actually looking forward to getting laser treatment here. It was convenient for me and because of the advertisement this business posted of soprano ice supposedly being less painful or “painfree” I wanted to try it out. So after having my consultation and going over just a minimum of things being that I had laser treatment before. I just decided to go try out my first treatment. After receiving my very first and only soprano ice laser removal treatment by the owner, I obtained 5 burns on my skin.I have never experienced this before and I am highly disappointed and disgusted with the owner of this place. When I notified them and sent pictures of my injury the receptionist responded via text. She claimed the owner will call and made all sorts of excuses for her as to why she hasn’t called. Up to now I received no call from the owner which did the treatment and No apology from her at all. Communication was done through receptionist. Mind you originally called me herself to set up the appt. Which was unprofessional!. I literally have to cover my burn marks with makeup due to the injuries being on my face! And if she had called me herself and spoke to me as a business professional I would have considered coming back to do another treatment. And yes I got my money back but I will never recommend anyone to go there after experiencing this !
