I’ve been receiving laser treatments for roughly the past 6 months, and I feel confident in recommending their services to others. I’ve been treated exceptionally well by their office staff and both technicians. I felt the cost was also extremely competitive (especially compared to Milan, who quoted me double what I paid at LBW). Importantly, they’ve also treated me with the utmost respect and normalcy as a transgender person, which shouldn’t be a big deal but I thought I’d mention here in case any other trans people are looking to get laser services done. Greatly recommend! <3

I bought a Groupon deal and have been treated respectfully. I am shocked by the previous reviews and cannot relate. The staff and technicians are very professional and friendly. The facility is clean, and I am always seen promptly for my appointment. After a few treatments, I wanted better results and found them receptive to help. I am thrilled with my current results/progress and their effort to make customers happy. I have been to other laser hair removal clinics, but this is the only place that I would refer to a friend. I give Laser Beauty Works the thumbs up!

The technicians are so friendly and make sure you are comfortable at all times. The front desk personnel are very helpful. Love the new location and neighborhood of this business. I have had laser hair removal done over the past year and have had excellent results. Will definitely come back again in the near future.

I would not recommend this business. I did buy a groupon on March 13th called to make an appointment and the first appointment available was for May 13th. I did call three times since last month to ask please to have an earlier appointment at any time before. Although they were kind they never called me back with an earlier appointment. Make sure you read reviews and call to check availability before you buy any services from this business. Disappointing service.
