I originally signed up for the Clear and Brilliant. They had limited weekend appointments and I financed it. I want to start out by saying the staff are all amazing except one RN and I don’t even know her name. Anyway, the clear and brilliant was nice, as were other treatments. However the last time I went for Botox the woman was very rude, and told me I was not eligible for injections anymore, yet I still have to pay for them. They keep sending me daily emails to sell me more and more. I am paying for services that are booked months in advance so I can’t get in, or that I’m not eligible for.
