Never been but somehow they got my name and number for an appointment in july scheduled for october. I messaged them on facebook telling them the issue and that it wasnt me and they claimed maybe someone put in one number off the supposed client’s number and that is why I got a notification. I said how is it possible when you have both my name and number? They still didn’t see anything wrong or fishy but claimed to have fixed it. I then received a text 3 months later in October saying I was scheduled for an appointment and I should have received multiple text reminders through the booking system. I felt this was slightly condescending, and I told the number about everything that happened in July and that I thought it was fixed, and granted I did get snippy which I shouldnt have, but it was frustrating when I clearly had a violation of personal information somehow and it was not fixed when it supposedly was. He then told me to chill out lmao so tbh idk if this place is any good with hair but with how all that was handled, it was very unprofessional on their part. Beware them finding your info and booking appointments and then getting mad when you dont show even though you tried telling them months prior it wasn’t you
