Horrible Horrible experience….. went in asked for a gel mani/pedi. I asked to get my gel soaked off my fingernails, because filing makes my nails brittle. She still filed my nails. Started polishing without even doing my manicure. My pedicure( done by a different tech),I asked for white with a glitter top coat. She never gave me my top coat. I Left in tears.

I’ve been here 3 times and each time I’ve gotten good service. The customers are really rude though. And loud. One customer was shouting because they didn’t wipe the seat down. Which is something weird to expect. One customer asked the nail tech ‘you don’t speak English? What you speak Spanish?’ It would be nice if the shop turned rude customers away. Once I had to give two nail techs tips because the women they serviced were incredibly rude. I always want to speak up but if I have ti fight after getting my nails done, I’ll be upset. Anyways, good service. Very nice. Just refuse service to customer with bad attitudes.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThe nails don’t last a full week. So I wouldn’t get my nails done here. If they do last the gel chips off easier than it should. The best thing about this place is Lisa with the lashes but she’s never on time she allows ppl to skip over customers that have been sitting there. She has a sign in sheet that ppl sign in on but she doesn’t use it so random ppl just walk in and get service.Very ghetto. Critical: QualityI wish I could give them a negative 0 stars! So I got my lashes done on yesterday, looked nice but was hurting so bad I couldn’t sleep last night.. went to work this morning and couldn’t see I had to leave work to go back to the place to let her remove them so I got there at 8:45 a.m waited until 10:00 outside and nobody showed up! On their card it says open at 9:00 a.m so I walked to the door there’s a sign saying closed today Smmfh by now I’m in extreme pain and can’t see I don’t know what type of glue she uses but she needs to stop! I ask the lady to do my nails one way and she did them how she wanted and then got mad because I demanded that she fix it she started talking in her language and when i let her know I understood what she was saying and that she’s not being forced to do my nails and that I can have someone else there fixed them right. I ended up leaving on tears and one of the other customers was so gracious enough to give them$20 for these nails that are not finished so now I have to go to another shop and pray they can fix hese ones or give me a real full set of nails. And they aren’t practicing proper sanitation that would align with preventing Covid19 i didn’t see them sanitize anything after each customer and I was there almost 2hrs.I went there today my birthday to get my nails done and it was the worst experience in my life. Critical: ProfessionalismThis place is only good for eyebrows and lashes BUT you have to come early . The woman at the shop isn’t professional and if you don’t speak up you will get be cut !! I DONT recommend and if you happen to stop by, I’ll suggest to go early like when it open EARLY

I went in to get my daughter age 6 and I nails done and my eye lashes. I told her to paint my kids nails and she put fake nails on her! My lashes are so far up I look weird and their staring to hurt. On the other hand their nails on. Just coming back after another bad experiences. I’m done!!!
