Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueLori was amazing she cut my 2 year old boys hair. It was his first professional haircut in a barber besides a family member cutting it previously. She helped every step of the way for my son to feel comfortable. His hair looked so handsome. I love how they dont require face masks if the customer decides not to wear them (all the chain hair cutting facilities were going to require me to wear one to accompany him even tho it’s not technically state law just a mandate). She kept her face mask off while greeting him which I’m sure made him feel good. Then she put it on before cutting his hair. She did the cut quickly as well and very professional. It is a smaller place which I loved so we were not in a barber with a bunch of other people around which can overstimulate a toddler easily with sounds and people.
