Went as a walk in wanting a tone on blonde hair to brighten and cut with layers. I had Kerry, she was FANTASTIC. I am very picky about cut and color and specifically told Kerry exactly how I wanted everything. She listened to every detail. She is a hair wizard. Tone, cut, layers, everything was amazing. Even did a condition to make my already damaged corse hair super soft and smooth. Wonderful spunky attitude. Also as a plus, she gave great advise for home renovations lol. Already rebooked an appointment for 4 weeks for my birthday. Can not say how thank I was for this woman to bring life back to my dull brassy hair. Wish we had before and after pics!

I went to get my eyebrows done here for the very first time over a year ago. I’m writing this review now because still to this day I am dealing with the consequences of the lady who did my eyebrows. She did such a terrible job. She did not talk to me at all throughout the whole thing, not even to say good morning or to tell me what she was going to do. She kept messing up the wax and just seemed annoyed for no reason. When she was done she let me look at the mirror, and that’s when I noticed that she messed up and cut a small slit in my eyebrow. When I approached her about it, she said she was sorry (in a very unapologetic voice) and said it would grow back. Well guess what? It still has not grown back to this day but lucky enough my eyebrows are thick enough to cover it up a little. And she didn’t give me anything to wipe off the excess hairs with. Do NOT go here to get your eyebrows done.
