Beware of this salon! I wish I’d looked at the other reviews before booking an appointment. The owner doesn’t understand good customer service. The cut I got was fine but my blonde highlights came out warm and old fashioned looking and my roots are still dark. The stylist I had quit two days after I got my hair done, so I couldn’t go back to have it fixed. The salon said their stylists are all contactional and they couldn’t do anything to help. What’s most shocking is that they didn’t even offer to bring me back in to fix it. Since the stylists rent the space from the salon, you aren’t guaranteed quality or good service. Overall, the salon could have easily offered to fix the problem and they didn’t – blaming it on their stylist instead. I don’t normally write bad reviews but I think future customers should be aware before they book so they don’t fall into the same mess I did.
