This place went down hill fast! I was a loyal customer for years, but there seems to no longer be any management on location and the staff is rude and lacking good customer service skills. I recently had a $50 spa mani pedi there that was sub par. I spoke to one of the girls about my disappointment, but she did not seem to care – even when I told her I would not return. That was indeed my last visit. There are so many salons to choose from in town, dont go here.
