I have been to this salon many times. I had a pedicure there. The new staff is not friendly . While trimming the nail on my big toe, the manicurist cut the skin under the nail. I understand that this can happen. It was bleeding and then a few minutes later, bleeding again. There was no concern for me, no ” I am sorry….are you okay.” She acted as if nothing out of the ordinary had happened. Maybe she was too busy watching the World cup on tv, rather than paying attention to the task at hand. It took from 7-10 days for the area to heal.

They cut and shape my nails the way I like them. Never did I have a problem . The place is always clean , the staff is friendly and they are always punctual. I have been going there for 7 years. The manicurists are all excellent. My gel manicures last 3-4 weeks!!! They cut and shape my nails the way I like them. Never did I have a problem . The place is always clean , the staff is friendly and they are always punctual. I love that they take their time and make sure your nails are perfect . I’d give this place a higher rating, but only one person on staff does UV gel nails. My appointment was canceled because she didn’t come in. I know staffing can be tough- but it was at my expense. I also didn’t like how my gel nail polish was removed. Instead of using the machine they filed it off. My cuticles around my toes were real tender after.
