normally i love coming here and they do a pretty good job on my nails but this time they completely ruined my natural nails while doing an acrylic set. while filing my natural nails, the nail tech kept filing until my natural nails were extremely flimsy and i the file was burning my nail bed. i asked her to stop and she said that my mail was damaged. which prior to coming it wasn’t. if you keep filing them for so long until they are extremely thin and almost not there of course they will be damaged. now my nails are coming detached from my nail bed. also. it hasn’t even been too week and as i was cleaning (nothing rough) one of my nails completely broke off! this is unacceptable. i can tell that once i take this set off, my nails will be extremely damaged which my nail tech told me acrylics do but i have been getting acrylics for an extremely long time (with a nail tech in new york) and have never had this happen. also, the service was extremely long which i honestly didn’t have a problem with but with everything that has happened it is absurd that i was there for 3 hours and my nails didn’t even last me 2 weeks. I was charged $100+

The place is nice, the girls are nice, my nails came close to what I wanted,! I have to file them a little bit as they are not square rounded like I wanted. The issue I have with the place is when I booked my appt on Friday the price for full set was 47.00, today when I was done they rang me up at 75.00. When I questioned it with the front desk associate, she said as of yesterday their prices were changed. Here’s my problem, I should have been advised when I checked in, not when I was leaving, To see if I could afford or was okay with the cost. The second thing is if you know A customer booked at a lower price prior to your increase you should honor the cost they were given at the time of booking. I Will never go back nor will I ever recommend anyone to this business.

This is my happy place ! Have been going here since they opened and love that they do great mani and pedis. The staff is very artistic and always welcoming. They all seem to love what they do. Normally this would be my go to place for a while now. But unfortunately I was 15 min late due to sitting in an hour and 30 min traffic. Front desk rescheduled me because it was cutting it close to the next appointment. Next appointment was at 1145 same day. But they still charged me $25 cancellation fee even though I was there and They were rescheduling me for a later time same nail tech. But who gives me a discount when their nail techs are late and I’m not up set or mad I’m understanding. Or when they cancelled my appointment last min less than an hour before an appointment when I’m driving to them already ? If I was a no show I get it but I was there and willing to wait but after seeing I got charged $25 for cancellation when I was there and they rescheduled me and she did say normally she would let me still be seen but it was to close and they wouldn’t have had enough time. Mind you I just need a refill with top coat not extra work that is time consuming done. Yeah no I’m fine going somewhere else it’s not worth me continuing paying close to 100 for Hands and some occasions 200 or more for hands and feet. Online when you book online says one price then in person it’s an other when I have no nail art or crystals added. Just very simple I needed a refill in the pink skin tone acrylic. Other than that the girls are nice though.

I have come here about a dozen times and more often than not the work is defective. Like how do you mess up a pedicure? Seriously? Saw they were doing russian manicures and decided to give them ANOTHER chance. I scheduled an appointment for a Saturday because i work throughout the week. I got a call the morning of my appointment cancelling my appointment and asking me if i could come in on a Tuesday. These people are bad at what they do and unprofessional on top of it.

my nails all broke within 3 weeks. after 4 months of growing out my nails i was told using a new product (structure gel) would be good and it just wasn’t. don’t recommend so overpriced for broken nails

They honestly do a really good job, & i was never disappointed by their work, but they wanted to charge me for a “late fee” just for being 15 minutes late & cancelled my appointment. there was nothing posted ANYWHERE about a “late fee” on either their instagram or website. they need to consider that people have jobs, lives & emergencies, plus miami has unpredictable traffic.

Laque house is everything! The beauty bar is gorgeously decorated, clean, and has no acrylic or chemical orders. The service is phenomenal, from the moment you book your appointment to when you leave the shop. The shape of the nails, the art work, everything here is top notch. I am very picky with my nails, and I have never had a problem here, my nails last up to a month. Everyone is always complimenting me on how great they look. I come all the way from Doral to get my services done here. I recommend this place 100% !! I also do my lashes and brows with them, Melissa is amazing, very friendly and she’s a perfectionist. Everyone I have told to come here loves it.

Very nice people but horrible job on a normal manicure. My nails were still not dry an hour after the manicure, causing the polish to start to completely peel off. Never again! Photos are what my nails looked like an hour after my manicure.
