Massage was just OK. They need a maintenance person desperately – the walls in the bathroom were ruined and dry rotted, there was a bulb out above the sink, and the privacy sticker of the room they had me in up near the front was not applied fully and you can see right in to the front lobby.

Repeat customer. The atmosphere is relaxing, very well decorated! Massage therapists are amazingly flexible. They’re fitting 10 to 40 minute chair massages into their schedules on short notice and always providing quality care. I imagine they deal with cancellations and crazy schedules with their online scheduling system, which is super convenient for the customer to schedule through. Plus, the business hours are long and hard on the body. (Be sure to tip your hardworking massage therapist!) My favorites are Wendy and Frank. Thank you!

Friendly, clean and well-run place! They make an effort to keep the atmosphere quiet. Chair massages are a great quick fix and you can often get in without an appointment. Website has easy scheduling tool. You will quickly find your favorite therapist(s) and modalities. Really nice professional people running this business. Unlike some places there is no pressure to pay in cash or be upsold.

Nice place always easy to get quick apointments, but still looking for my go to massage therapist. Normally I’m more comfortable with female therapist, but the 1st time there was a mix-up in my appointment & I had to work with a male. It was just the chair so it was fine & he was extremely skilled; one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I’ve since been back twice & tried 2 female therapist & so far the experience has just been mediocre. I still have hope since they obviously have skilled ones I just need to find the one for me.

My overall experience was good but this is a clear example of how your entire experience is affected (in this case tainted) by your first impression. Our party walked in and the lady/host was not very friendly and seemed irritated that we had questions for her and she just had an unpleasant attitude. Just not a very warm, friendly greeting you would want while going in for a relaxing massage experience. The massage itself and the masseuse was good.

This was the best foot/reflexology message I’ve ever had. I will definitely be back and look forward to booking different treatments as well, in the future. I thought the space was incredibly clean, updated and the staff was so friendly. I never felt rushed or out of place. Very welcoming.

I gave two stars because my parents go here frequently for chair and foot massages. They’re who referred me for a massage since I’m almost 7 months pregnant. I called to make an appointment, making sure they had a pregnancy pillow which was confirmed. I arrived this morning and the front desk gal, Rudi wasn’t too friendly and I asked to make sure a pillow is in the room. She places a tiny pillow in the room and says she can look for another one since I had told her that wouldn’t be enough support.

Have wanted to try this place for some time and finally got around to it today. My job keeps me on a computer all day, so I get very tense in the shoulders. I scheduled a 30 minute chair massage with Amy; she did a wonderful job locating the knots/tension and was very thorough.

Always able to get me in within a few hours the same day ! I always go for a 45- 1 hour table massage ! As a hairstylist they really do the trick! Very relaxing and amazing staff! I’m not picky and have loved the three different people I’ve seen! The environment is clean and beautiful and staff are nice and easygoing! Planning on returning asap !

David is AMAZING! He started out with just a little pressure, but when I asked him for more he really stepped it up! I feel amazing and can turn my head more. He also helped ease some of the pain from my sesamoiditis. I really love Lao Shan because they do same day appointments…5 stars!
