Beautifully decorated spa. Friendly staff and the couples massages were great. Expected a bit more from the package (champagne and chocolates) we don’t drink alcohol so expected an alternative, they said they didn’t have any other drinks so I think they offered us staffs Chinese tea and got a fun size chocolate each.

Someone earlier wrote that the owner did not honor a package they bought. I had bought a package in 2016 and the owner still honors the balance on it. I’m going today for a massage and will update the review after my massage and discussion with the front desk but so far my experience has been 5 stars!!

ONE NASTY SCARY CREW HERE! One banshee led the rukus. All got involved with fighting, screaming, beligerance, I walked out and demanded a refund. NO ONE WITH THAT MUCH ANGER should touch a client. STAY THE HELLAWAY! hardline sales tactics too. Plus a crapp massage! One chubby one kept telling me Chinese cities are superior to American cities. ( uh yeah..sure ) As I sat for my masseuse I recorded the entire screaming match on my phone, mind you I was on the lower floor beneath these women, thats how LOUD IT WAS. The video is dare I say….funny if it wasnt so inappropriate in a service oriented business.Take your chances. The manager was gracious and sorry but it was too late, I booked out fast. I used 8 of them and during the pandemic I did not go as it was not safe to go to a spa without the vaccine. When I went back the lady in charge said the massages expired and I had to buy a new one. She was so rude and did not allow me to even speak. Several times tried to tell her that it was COVID hence I could not come but she would hear nothing. I did a couples massage and facial . The massage was very average. I did not feel relaxed and it did not feel as though she knew much of what she was doing . The facial was a bunch of creams being put on my face. Was not a real facial . And when leaving they pressured us for tips & when i went to give a tip they complained as if it was not enough. We tipped each girl $15 each and they distastefully said that’s 20% of a 60 minute service and what we got was a 90 minute service . I had to tell them I can tip what I want to tip and she got an attitude and walked off . Never again

I asked to pay using my Apple wallet but they didn’t have the machine to pay by phone.
