Got a massage there today for the first time. I frequent massage places around lansing and theirs said “free table shower” online with some of the time so I wanted to try it out. I called to make sure they had time and came in right away. I pulled out the cash from the atm and I wanted an 120 minute massage that was priced at 125 so I pulled 160 out of the atm. The lady watched me over my back the whole time. I gave her the 140 expecting the 15 in change back. When she counted the money she looked at me and said “60 minute massage” I said no 120 please. She then shook her head at me and clicked her tongue. She took the whole 140 and gave me no change when I was prepared to tip 35 after my service was over, I’ve never had a business not give me change before and just take whatever the leftover was. I should’ve walked out then. I went back to the room and undressed. She came back to do my massage and was talking to another lady. Now I had paid for a TWO hour massage because I’m a CNA and a resident had really hurt me lifting them a few days ago. The other lady tapped on me and asked if they could both do my massage so it would be 1 hour instead of 2 since there were two people doing it. At this point I was already so disappointed I said fine. The actual massage was great other than the two ladies talking to each other most of the time which made it less relaxing and paying for a 2 hour massage and only receiving a one hour massage even though they weren’t busy. I was also never offered the free table shower either. Overall, very disappointed and out a lot of money and do not feel very relaxed after. There are other massage places in Lansing that are cheaper and have workers that are less rude and give change back instead of expecting you to tip up front before the service even starts. Only giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the actual massage was very good.

This was one of the most sketchy expierences of my life. First red flag, they say they don’t have availability after I just talked to someone, then they made me pay first which I should have stopped right then. But it was for my friends birthday and wanted to make it happen for us, so we pay ( don’t take cards so I get a $4 atm charge ) then we go next door no one says anything about what to do but we get all set up and begin the worst massage of our lives. My girl didn’t use oil until half way through the massage when I asked what she was doing, she massaged our bare butts and pulled down our underwear completely, my friends girl took a FaceTime call during the massage and set her phone on my friends butt during it, she left the room at least 4 times during the massage, they cut it short, only did my back never touched our necks, heads, hands, feet. We both hurt so bad the next day I can hardly move. I truly don’t know how they’re in business. It was also so crazy to me we filled out no paperwork, I’ve had a lot of massages and there is always a lot of information that needs to be known before a a massage. I also want to add the lady blocked the door so we couldn’t leave until we tipped her which she didn’t deserve. They say they don’t take cards because people tell the bank they want their money back, I sure don’t wonder why! I feel horrible I ruined my friends birthday, wasted money and am in so much pain.

The hubby and I were in the area yesterday and wanted a massage. The reviews were great so we decided to try them out. We were not disappointed ❤❤ Emma had to call someone in to accommodate both of us and Jenny was there in no time. Hubby had Emma and I had Jenny. They are both AMAZING!! We have been trying to find a steady place for massages and we definitely found our place. Thank you both so much for the amazing work you did on both of us. We have NEVER felt better. ❤❤ See you again soon.

Called to schedule an appointment for noon, the man that answered said her day was clear so I was good to go. It was my first time at this particular shop and I missed my turn at first. Arrived around 12:05, paid for 90 minute massage, then go to the room. It was my first time here so I set my timer after undressing, that was at 12:10, I laid down and she arrived several minutes later, estimating 12:13. Massage starts, it’s nice. Then some customer comes to the front and the lady keeps leaving the massage, 3 times total, to talk to someone in the front. I am told that this other guy had a 90 minute massage scheduled that she forgot about and so mine would be cut to 60 minutes…weird, but okay. Massage ends, I stand up and grab my clothes and check my timer, time is 1:02. So a 90 minute massage turned into a 60 minute massage that was 10 minutes short. At least the monetary difference was there waiting for me. Then as I am dressing, the lady returns to the room to clean it. I offered her $10 tip, which was already more than I wanted after being shorted on time. She made a sad face and said “More?” I declined, and will definitely not be returning. I don’t like leaving negative reviews anywhere but I don’t get free time very often and today it was wasted.
