Critical: ProfessionalismMy mother and I both had pedicures. She sat next to me. I was first. The woman with short hair and glasses was very professional and clean. She used gloves and took all of the instruments she used out of a sealed pouch. My mother was next. As the lady who was doing my pedicure was finishing, ‘Michael’ came over to start my mom’s pedicure. HE DID NOT PUT ON GLOVES. HE GRABBED THE USED INSTRUMENTS FROM MY PEDICURE AND USED THEM ON MY MOTHER. HE WAS DONE IN 15 MINUTES and my pedicure took 40 minutes… for the same service. I sincerely hope my mother does not get an infection from this place. Although I liked the lady who did my pedicure, we will not go back.Service: PedicureMy mother and I both had pedicures. My mother and I both had pedicures. She sat next to me. I was first. The woman with short hair and glasses was very professional and clean. She used gloves and took all of the instruments she used out of a sealed pouch. My mother was next. Critical: ProfessionalismI don’t expect much from a neighborhood nail salon, but the service here was so bad that it warrants a review so that other customers can be warned. I went with my sisters and we were all passed down to one man even though when we came all the technicians were free, but as new customers kept coming in they kept leaving us in between our service to help new clients.The man literally yelled at my sister for asking him to fix sloppy sloppy nail art. His excuse was that he is tired. Of course he is tired, the other technicians kept passing all the clients down to him. Regardless, he wasn’t providing a free charity service, he was going to be paid. I had half the mind to just leave with half of our nails done and I really wish we did.The fact that my sisters and I just wanted to go out and do a fun activity together so we could catch up was ruined by the staff’s lack of professionalism and complete disregard for what customer etiquette should look like. I went with my sisters and we were all passed down to one man even though when we came all the technicians were free, but as new customers kept coming in they kept leaving us in between our service to help new clients.
