Get $15+ cash tip ready because they will literally tell you in the end! I find it ridiculous. Massage is just ok. I left with same stress on my shoulder as I came in. She was more like touching than massaging. Not recommended

I recently went to this massage after work because my feet we’re very sore, I went inside of this massage parlor. The environment was good and hospitable, I was willing to pay for what ever just so I can get some pain relief from my feet. The lady who massaged me whose name was May, wasn’t enthusiastic about giving me a foot massage. Obviously there’s going to be a language barrier so I interpreted what I was saying from English to mandarin regarding what I was feeling in my feet so I can get a relief. She was being inconsistent on massage techniques to help my feet. Every time I was starting to dose off from the relief, she kept stopping the massage. I know I’ve said a lot and everything I’m saying is true, if you are having similar problems, this isn’t the place to come to.

My wife and I are repeating customers and we had an overall great experience. This time though there was a surprise reaction when it came to tips. For a $40 service a $15 tip is more than expressive of the excellence of service but the male masseuse had a different opinion. He wasn’t too pleased with it and so was the lady that was with him. I made no change and left. I saw another reviewer also witnessed the same thing as well. Management needs to look into this as after a great service the team should know the value of a good tip. The masseuse was targeting the $20 but that most definitely wasn’t going to happen.

Mandatory $20.00 tip for each massage person. I never heard of that in my life. Maybe that’s the price you pay for using Groupon (which was a gift) plus got a $35.00 parking ticket for being over 5 mins. Not worth it.
