I’m in Hawaii for my birthday and spoiling myself. The spa here is amazing! Its visually soothing upon entering and the experience has been exceptional. My chosen stone was “listen”. From the staff to the flowing hydrotherapy spa, the steam and sauna rooms and the massage i was in awe. I’ll definitely book again when I come back. Mahalo for the wonderful treatment!

The massage was incredible, literally one of the best i ever had but the spa apparently closes at 6pm and had my parties’ 50 min massage booked for 5pm, my party was rushed to get out, so much so that members of my party were not able to shower as thoroughly as they should, as they are entitled to for the fare we paid and it honestly felt as though they attempted to steal the extraordinary relief the masseuses dealt. That customer service rep/curator almost ruined the entire experience and im sure her bosses wouldn’t appreciate how she treats clients at the end of the day, very rude regardless of the smile she packaged it with

Laniwai is a lovely, serene, luxurious spa that offers an oasis of calm away from the many kids/families enjoying the more energetic amenities at Aulani. I had an excellent 50 min signature lomi lomi massage with Emi – it compared favorably to massages I’ve had at other 5-star spas on the mainland, and was particularly impressed by how much force Emi was able to apply to my very knotty shoulders (I like strong massages and normally get deep tissue). Pricy, but that’s to be expected at a resort like Aulani. 20% gratuity is automatically included, which I was happy to pay.

LaniWai Spa is an excellent space for relaxation and rejuvenation. Kathryn, one of the Spa Attendants was attentive, sweet, and kind. The Lomu Lomu Massage by Kati was exquisite. I truly enjoyed my experience.

The absolute best massage I’ve ever received: I enjoyed the “Lomilomi” which was upgraded for free with my DVC membership. The pools and showers at the outdoor spa are pretty incredible as well.

Incredible incredible spa. My husband and I both got massages with different therapists and we each came out and said that was the best massage I have ever had. I had a facial as well and that was very professional and she did a great job. If you need real treatments of acne or wrinkles they will go all out for you. Hubby even booked me another massage to experience his masseuse and again, the best massage ever. Exceptional customer service. My only request is I wish the hot tubs were salt water not chlorine. Overall amazing experience

Make sure you book your appointments months in advance. The spa is 100% booked the whole summer 2022 and the only help Aulani will give you is to say check back at 9am every day for cancelations. This is true even for folks attending conferences at the resort. Incredibly disappointed in Disney, Aulani and the Spa.

This was my first spa experience and it was incredible. The moment you walk in you feel welcomed. They take you on a full tour of the area before they set you loose. The amenities were fantastic and relaxing. They thought of everything, toiletries, hair brushes and combs, blow dryers, etc. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The massage was to die for. She asked at the beginning if I had any target areas and pressure preference, and then checked a couple times through out to make sure I was still comfortable. This experience was unforgettable and I will definently be returning.

I had the most magical spa experience of my life here. Everything was amazing and so relaxing. The cast members made sure that I had my own unique experience. Everything from beginning to end was fantastic. If you want a spa day that is more than a massage, but a relaxing getaway within your vacation, this is the place for you!
