Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueKim is the worse person of all. I will not be back just cause she works there. Business does upgrade service without even asking client. Then tell client at the end of the service they have to pay because they already paid for service. Shouldn’t you ask client what service they would like instead of you choosing? Nails are uneven & paint everywhere over fingers. Roaches rolling around on floor and the re use tools on multiple clients that could cause infection.
