It was ok not like my nails spend 65 for nail I didn’t even want and the talk in their language making fun of the client lived 5 years in Vietnam I am fluent. Made fun of my nails and laughing at me the whole time very uncomfortable

I’ve been coming to this place for years now since my Hair stylist move to Florida. I started taking my mother there and she loves it. Customer service and their workers are wonderful. My mom loves Elaine and Cindy styles mine. Both ladies are wonderful and they know exactly what I like and my mom likes.

Rude receptionist (or was that the manager??) It was my first time to go there with my 79-year old mother. The place was alright and the ladies who did our nails were quite good and friendly. Its the receptionist that was annoying!!! She was so rude!!! My mom has trouble walking and getting up from the chaIr but that woman kept on moving her to different chairs and was rushing us to get out of the salon while my mom was still fanning her nails to dry. Even one of the customers who was leaving at the same time as us noticed the rudeness!!! Geez!!

Horrible job on my hair. It is so uneven! The girl tried to blame it on the fact that my hair color wasnt even going in. Well of course, that’s why I need it dyed. You’re supposed to be a professional so figure it out! She made the roots light and the rest of my hair is dark. The lady who did my hair kept making comments about my race too, which I did not appreciate. She shouldn’t assume what race I am. Won’t be going back

I only let Tony touch my hair because I’m really picky on how people cut my bangs! I got a lot of compliment with my layers and bangs. Now Kim, I’ve been going to her for years to do my nails. She knows my style and she lets me do whatever I choose too with colors, matte, or shiny, and I always love the outcome. Unfortunately, my sister and cousin were assigned with other ladies and they hate their nails… I’m always stuck going alone now

I was trying to explain to Lisa that I only wanted a cleanning for my eye brawls wax n she said yes yes yes ok .Didnt even take the time to listen what my request was or to even finish my sentence.She left me like a chola with no eye brawl.It took me 2 months to grow it all over again.Go at ur own risk……
