I would have given 4 stars or even 5 stars if the lady who did my nails did not nick me. I got home and realized she cut me on both my right and left ring fingers and my left index finger. The dip color looks good but my fingers will be painful to wash for couple days because of the wounds the lady caused.

Went last Wednesday for deluxe pedicure paid 60 dollars without tip for gel. When I get home and realized my pinkie toe wasn’t painted and went back they repainted it for me when but just kept saying that it wasn’t dry that’s why which I understand but my friend I went with had her ring toe gel polish come clean off the next day. Thankfully they fixed it for us both but told us since they’re not busy they can fix it right now, which made us feel like such a burden for something that shouldn’t have happened. Just wasn’t very pleasant everyone that worked there came to look at our missing colored nails and just kept making us feel very embarrassed and they didn’t even apologize. Honestly we both just won’t be coming back and it sucks because it’s a very convenient location for the both of us but both of the experiences just weren’t pleasant.

This place is VERY clean. I came in for my appointment and was seen promptly, the staff was friendly and the deluxe pedicure was fantastic. I really liked that they used individual bags with wax in them for the paraffin wax rather than dipping. I will definitely be back.

Close to home. I go for pedicures and good job. But sometimes girls are very shy, but thats ok. Im a chatty person, and they see alot of people and just dont want to partake in conversation. That is fine. Otherwise I go often and love the check in tablet for visits.

When I first started as a client the service was great. However since the remodel of the place the the service has declined. Staff don’t talk to you and you ask for something specific and they start making things up for you to do something different. Before my last visit the lady was complaining because I wanted a change of color on my toes and not a pedi, this other lady sat next to her and she started to complain about me not wanting a pedicure.I went Saturday and asked for a different person, I let the lady know what I wanted done on my nails. I asked to have my acrylic nails removed. She removed them in a very painful way and not only that but made my pinky nail bleed because of how rough she pulled the acrylic off. The lady didn’t apologize or ask me to wash my hand. She just straight glued a nail over it.To top it off I wanted a pink and white full set and she did a white tip. Not to mention that the lady that did my nails two weeks prior kept looking at me like I had done something wrong. I usually don’t leave bad reviews but after this incident Saturday I don’t think I’ll be going back. I usually always recommend my coworkers, friends and every person that comments on my nails. I won’t be doing that anymore.
