When the salon I had been going to closed I was forced to find an alternative. Landell’s location was too convenient for me to ignore so after dragging my feet for months I booked an appointment.I’ve now been there 3 times and will continue to go back. Turning into the driveway of a house, parking in the back, and walking in through a basement door did feel strange at my first appointment, but when I walked back out – nothing felt strange, other than maybe the realization I had been missing out on a quality haircut at an affordable price.I highly recommend Landell’s. I have wasted 28 years living in the same house, in the Winston Churchill HS area, getting my hair cut at several different places. I can’t believe I wasn’t aware of this gem of a place. Landell’s Barbershop is the BEST and I’ll never go anywhere else. It is amazingly clean, roomy and very welcoming. Today was my second appointment with Ingrid and again, she knocked it out of the park! Great conversation and a laidback environment.

Happened upon Landell’s while at a conference in Potomac and in need of a hair cut. Honestly one of the best cuts I’ve had! Landell was friendly, knowledgeable and made a number of excellent suggestions which I will be following from now on. Even though it is 30 minutes from home I would very much consider making the trip for my next cut. Highly recommend Landell’s to any and all looking for a great barber experience!

For the price it’s a pretty nice haircut, I’ve been going to $40-50 dollar salons for a mens haircut and honestly this place does just as good for reasonable prices. They’re also pretty quick without cutting corners. Hopefully they’ll become my regular barber
