I have never been one to get massages but I figured I’d give it a shot and try it out. I feel very lucky that I found Tamra as she is very passionate about her profession and listens to what her clients tell her. I’ve seen her about 4 times and will continue on a regular basis. I had some pain in one of my shoulders and just wrote it off as getting old. I explained to her the pain I was feeling and she explained what she thought the problem was and spent a considerable amount of time on my arm and shoulder. It was amazing, the pain is no longer there and my range of motion is back to normal. She also gave me stretching exercises to do for my shoulders. She understands the body and knows how to treat it through massage. In addition to her Massage skills she has a wonderful personality and fun to talk to. I highly recommend her.

The most knowledgable, experienced and perceptive massage therapist I’ve ever experienced. Tamra is hands down the one whose helped most relieve the pain and tension in my body. She knows by touch where more or less pressure is needed and she’s able to find trouble spots I never knew existed. She even took the time to educate me afterwards on the specific muscle groups I need to pay special attention to when at home. On top of that she has an amazingly positive attitude and is very flexible with her schedule, she truly cares about her clients. The energy and ambiance in the room is full of pure positive spiritual energy.
