Worst experience ever. I went for a gel manicure with a simple design. When I first walked in, I asked the man at the counter if it would be possible to do the design (simple lines) and he said it should be simple, but to ask the other worker her opinion. She said no problem. It was, in fact, a problem. First, the base color was light and they didn’t put nearly enough coats on for full coverage. When it came to the design, he tried one finger for probably 20 minutes. He kept messing up and completely restarting before getting frustrated and passing me off to the other worker. She also tried several times and was getting frustrated that she couldn’t do it. The final result took nearly an hour and it looks absolutely nothing like the inspiration photo. It looks like a toddler finger painted it, especially on the second hand she did, which I could tell she rushed because she was over it. I would’ve much preferred they be upfront when I first arrived that it would probably be beyond their capabilities. Now, just 2 days later, my gel polish has chipped on 4 fingers and completely peeled off of one finger, which obviously should not even remotely happen. I highly suggest using another salon unless you’d like to pay for someone else to fix your nails after.

So we tried this place for 1st time. The older lady did NOT listen to anything we said. Nails was to long had to have her shorten 2x. Design picture was clear nails with blue flames, she painted whole nail blue I asked why 3x why she was doing that when the design was clear, finally younger lady had to explain what I was saying and she now has to start over again. Younger lady I’d let do again but NOT older one. On top of all this knats everywhere and Orkin can in a sprayed chemicals all along front window’s why I was sitting there. Then they charged me more afterwards saying she didn’t give correct price

Absolutely RIDICULOUS! My nails are all different sizes. The lady doing nails was on the phone the entire time. She even walked out in the middle of my appointment to talk on the phone outside for over 6 minutes . I will never go there and would suggest everyone to RUN!!!! Acrylic nails

I had reviewed Lancaster Nails 2 years ago, but just recently new owners came in. I liked it before, as it was easy to get a same-day appointment, and I was happy with my pedicure. Now, it’s even better. The new owners have improved the looks of the salon with fresh paint and new stations. I highly recommend this salon and want to see them succeed!
