Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThese people have no sense of time. I came in for a full set on Friday and my nails were lifting by Saturday. Critical: Quality, ValueThey took forever to do my nails because they kept messing up, left paint everywhere, used gel pain even though I asked them not to. The nails are paper thin. So I know they aren’t going to last, every nail is a different shape, the lines are crooked (which cost 15$) if I’m going to leave with a bill of 140$ for a mani pedi for my daughter and I, AT LEAST DO A GOOD JOB!!!!!! I had no choice but to just settle for what I got because they kept trying so many times and never got it right! I had to just go home!!!! I hate this place, the worst!! They took forever to do my nails because they kept messing up, left paint everywhere, used gel pain even though I asked them not to. The nails are paper thin. Horrible; they overcharge for horrible looking nails!!! $15 for kids which doesn’t even include a manicure. And $35 for my refill. I had to tell the tech to go back over my nails. The prices are not set, they literally pull the prices out of there a*%*%. They will never receive my service again!
