My massage was good, and the lady seemed knowledgeable about the muscles causing my pain. However, she was wearing no shoes, sweatpants, and a t-shirt with holes, and it felt very unprofessional. There was minimal signage down to the office in the basement, and no receptionist to check you in. I expected a more professional space and staff given the website and my experience over the phone scheduling my appointment. Again, the massage definitely was of good quality, but I don’t know that I want to return.

I had a fabulous experience with Katie for a prenatal massage… done 1 day before my due date. She made me feel very comfortable and super relaxed… somewhat hard to do these days! Angela also was super accommodating with my very last minute scheduling request and they were super flexible with the reality of my potentially being in labor. Definitely will return and totally recommend.

Scheduled a massage with Tobye and upon arriving realized she does not wear a mask during the service. A plastic film over the mouth alone does not classify as a mask especially in the middle of a crisis that had taken so many lives. Business website asks that all clients wear a mask indoors, so the same should be expected of staff – then to be told I could reschedule but would lose my first time coupon was just another frustration. I had an unfortunate experience which didn’t align with any of the reviews I read. Scheduled a massage with Tobye and upon arriving realized she does not wear a mask during the service. A plastic film over the mouth alone does not classify as a mask especially in the middle of a crisis that had taken so many lives. Tobye is a great massage therapist. She asks questions to understand where one needs the most attention. She takes her time & I always feel like a million bucks when I leave. She is more than accommodating with her schedule & goes above & beyond to schedule a time that works for you. Highly recommend!
