The experience was good. They could do a better job by living up to their “luxurious” motto. We got the couple message pkg $290. If you are like me, you don’t want to make the mistake of creating a magical experience. The infrared light takes place with the Himalayan salt only 20 minutes. The hot stone isn’t laid out throughout your body rather one stone is used to massage. The Swedish massage is a softer massage. Do your homework! The staff was professional and welcoming,

I regret not listening to the other reviews. Before I start with the negative I want to acknowledge their effort, and say that the staff we had were wonderful. My husband and I took the couples bath spa 1 package. The jacuzzi was disgusting it had hair and dirt floating around. The towels and bathrobes were atrocious, they felt oily and stank like hell. The massage, well let’s just say they have no rite calling that a massage. It felt like a 6 year old was petting me. Worst “massage” I’ve ever gotten. I assume that the “masseuses” are definitely not certified or even taught how to do it. It wasn’t a luxury experience at all. It was a joke will laugh forever about, at least we had good laughs 🙂

Never been to a spa before. Wanted to surprise my gf for taking care of me when I was sick. Thought this was closer to my home but an hour fifteen minute drive was absolutely worth it. The couple spa I package was what I booked and we were not disappointed. Very nice service when I called to reserve a date and time, very accommodating when I asked if I can get a facial instead of a massage. The service in preparing the hot tub, wine and massage/facials was perfect. Extremely friendly. The bath was wonderful and relaxing. The facial was amazing and we will be coming back. I rather drive an hour fifteen minutes knowing I will get this experience than waste my time trying another spa.

Will not be going back. I called and wanted an appointment for 4, they asked me to come at 330 and even though I had another errand to run I said ok. I get there at 325 and then wait for 25 minutes in the cold room by myself. Finally comes into the room at 350 (so i guess I could have come at 4 after all). She was super rushed which made it a little more painful and kept asking me to help hold the skin while I wasn’t wearing gloves which was very uncomfortable. I was told one price on the phone for a brazilian wax (which everyone knows includes the buttocks) but for some reason I was upcharged an extra 10 dollars because she “added extra for the back.” They assumed I didn’t know the difference and tried to take advantage of me. Do not go here if you are somewhat new to waxing.

Massage was okay. Did the couples package, this was the wine and “gourmet chocolate” we were given. The photo says enough. Was hoping for an evening of luxury but this felt more like bargain bin.

My cousin and I went to a hydro facial and full body massage. I was so happy they waited for us because the marathon had me trapped in brooklyn for what seemed like forever.

Let’s start off by saying I don’t think anyone really knows what they are doing let alone if they are licensed. I booked 2 massages, 1 for me and 1 for my husband. I requested a deep tissue for him and an aromatherapy for myself. We will start with my experience. At no point was there an aroma to the aroma therapy. The masseuse seems to just do a lot of rubbing, rubbing me down with a hot towel and walking around me in circles. My husband says his was even worse. He was jabbed in the ribs a few times with hot stones, which we both declined, and some fingers being jabbed here and there. Neither of us were ever questioned if we had any previous injuries or places to keep specific attention to. Both masseuse seemed to be pretty confused on what they should do and neither of them knew which service we requested. This did not stop them with trying to up-charge with additions to our services though. In the end I paid $270 for both and I’m confused as their website states it should have been $210. $60 in taxes seem to be quite high. I definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone going here. My husband and I actually left with more pain then when we went in.

Very mix feelings with my experience. The place is very nice with good add-ons. I had some concerns with how sanitary everything is. Unlike most places I’ve been to, they don’t give you disposable slippers and you have to question are they clean. The towels given to put over us were damped and tattered. Not sure the workers are licensed masseuses. No one talked to us about what they were putting on us or give us clear directions on what to do. When I asked what kind of scrub they used, she didn’t have a solid answer. I bought the couples package and I don’t feel I really got what was advertised and for over $600, I do expect higher quality. The Swedish massage was less than an hour and didn’t feel like much of a massage. There was no Halo- salt therapy, infrared lights, or foot reflexology. The two ladies that did serve us were very nice and pleasant. I wouldn’t come back based on my experience compared to other places. If you like light massages with some body treatments and just want to have alone time with someone in the whirlpool, then this is a place for you.
