10/10 would highly recommend. I’ve had multiple facials done by Lana to help get get ready for my wedding next year. We first started out with hydro facials and have done multiple chemical peels with them as well. I’ve gotten so many compliments on my skin. The transformation is incredible. If you are acne prone like me I would highly recommend her.

I have rosacea, combo sensitive skin. I didn’t have a skincare routine. I needed a facial and searching online I found Lana. I made my appt with Lana and got a hydra facial with light treatment. My skin was glowing and less red 🙂 I inquired about a skincare routine for my skin condition and Lana recommended products which I purchased. It’s been 3 weeks using Lana’s products and my skin tone has greatly improved and the redness has toned down. Today was my 2nd visit for a hydra facial with light treatment and I also got brow shaping/waxing. Since I’d moved to the Bay Area, I was trying to find a cosmetologist who could take care about my skin. First I came to Lana to do European facial. After that procedure my skin looked clean, fresh and moisturized. Lana not only cleaned it but also did a relaxing massage (face and décolleté). Next time I gonna try a Hydrafacial (heard and read good reviews about after effects). Highly recommend Lana, she is a real professional and can give you a real good advice about your facial everyday routine.

Lana left me with a SCAR on the face! I went in for a hydrafacial because of the yelp reviews. Lana is the most expensive compared to majority of the places in Bay Area but I want the best for my face. My experience was not pleasant. I told her numerous times that I have sensitive skin that tends to scar. The entire time she didn’t listen to me and kept telling me to trust her because she has over 25 years of experience. Finally, on to the hydrafacial which consists of cleansing, exfoliating, extracting, and applying serum. Lana cleansed and exfoliated my face. Then, she extracted my whiteheads and blackheads. Majority of my whiteheads and blackheads are on my nose and chin. She hardly performed any extractions to those areas. Instead she focused on extracting the “whiteheads” from my cheeks. The “whitehead” she was trying to extract with a needle (yes a needle!) was a mole, not a whitehead. I’ve had that mole since I was a child. She kept picking at it until it swelled and started bleeding. It was painful! Then she used the hydrafacial tool…two passes on each cheek (that’s it!). She didn’t use it anywhere else. Same thing with the serum application… she didn’t use the tool to apply serum anywhere else. Instead, she applied the serum using her hand onto the rest of my face. Then she used a high frequency(?) tool to kill the bacteria on my face because my face was bleeding. She finished the facial with another application of serum using her hand. I looked in the mirror and saw the bloody spots and refrained from crying.
