*these are supposed to be a solid dark green* I have been multiple times before and they usually do a great job but today a man I hadn’t seen before had done my nails, I asked where the color samples for the colored acrylic were he showed me and I picked a color. As he started doing my nails I noticed the acrylic was either really clumpy and dry or extremely wet and runny, I typically get them a medium length and oval. I asked if he could make them an oval shaped and he replied with “No your nails won’t look right and their to short, you’re gonna get square.” I said but I don’t really like the square I just prefer the oval shape he then again replied with “no you’ll get square” he was really rude and aggressive doing my nails I was so upset and embarrassed I cried, when he was done the color was patching in multiple places and bumpy. The nails are not even in length or consistency, it was a extremely unpleasant experience and I just recommend if you got there to make sure you get a women nail tech and not a male tech.

First of all, the top coat started to peel off right after I left, not sure what that was about. The customer service was awful. First, no one in there really spoke English. Which is somewhat to be expected and not a huge deal. But it took me forever just to ask a simple pricing question and the lady just ultimately said she didn’t know. Throughout my time I asked for two small fixes: for one nail to be made shorter to match the length of the other, and to add some polish to the tip of one of my nails where she had forgotten to cap it. Finally at the very end, I just asked for her to file one my natural nails on the side a bit so it wasn’t sticking out past the acrylic so far. Her response? “No. Do your nails yourself and see if you can do any better”. I was shocked. I’m never anything but polite to service workers so to be spoken to like that for really no reason upset me. I will not be going back.

I have been going to Lana Nails for a while now for both manicures and gel nails My gel nails always look natural, not thick and gloppy! The staff were very friendly and I was very impressed with my nails. Absolutely excellent customer service and an even better manicure. Very nice employees and great at attention to detail!

Lana Nails is very knowledgeable about manicure without ingrown toenails within a week of your manicure. My gel mani is probably the best I’ve ever had. Best nail techs! Friendly, caring, clean place and they can’t get t I’d if me! I had an appointment and did not have to wait. By the time I left I was so relaxed …I was ready to take a nap!

First time here and I loved every minute. The staff was very nice and made sure I got what I wanted. Which I just went in to get my nails taken off which was wayyy over due and a simple manicure which is what I got. Their prices are great. I will be coming back for sure!!

This was my first time at this nail salon and i will definitely be going back. The staff is amazing and they really take their time with the work they are doing and are very helpful and nice. I did a full set with dip powder and got my eyebrows waxed and i am very happy with the way both turned out. I will absolutely be returning Lana Nails soon !!!
