Probably the worst nail salon I’ve been to. Completely unsanitary practices– dirty nail files, dirty tools, dirty storage for said tools and files. The pedicure was worse than the gel manicure. Didn’t clip toenails or make them even, paint job looks like it was done by a 12 yr. old, did not get rid of calluses. I came home and had to finish the job myself. Just do yourself a favor and choose another salon in San Rafael.

Terrible gel nails, peeled off within a week. I went back to have them reapply the Polish. Not only did they want to charge me but they accused me of taking off the gel polish to get a free polish change. I can tell you that I don’t have time to waste on such a dubious plan. The woman there called me a liar and yelled profanity at me. I recommend that you stay away. There are so many better nail salons in San Rafael.

I loved this place, It’s been a struggle for me to find a really good place where the people are friendly and do a good job with your nails with reasonable prices… I’ve been all over novato and San Rafael trying different places and this is definitely THE ONE!!! I got my gel manicure and pedicure done over a week ago and they’re still looking great plus they are so friendly and take the time to do a perfect job and get you relaxed while doing it… I will definitely stay with them!!
