When I first walked in I almost turned around bc I was left standing there without anyone welcoming me or giving me any ideas if I could get the gel manicure that I really wanted. I’m from out of town but travel to the area once a month and would like to find a regular spot. I did end up getting Mike and he was super nice and did a great job! They didn’t have a ton of gel choices and the it was very costly. I paid $52 for a basic gel pedicure plus a 20% tip.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI normally don’t write reviews, but I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone. I scheduled an appointment and was not sat until over an hour after my scheduled time. In addition to that they were all very rude to me and many of the other customers. My nails were not being done well and since I was paying for the service, I wanted it to be done correctly. When I very nicely pointed out the things I was unhappy with I was told that I was wrong and he wasn’t fixing it. In the pictures you can clearly see that my nails are uneven lengths, and inconsistent shapes, but the person doing my nails to ignored my concerns, would not listen to me, and was very rude. I normally don’t write reviews, but I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone. I scheduled an appointment and was not sat until over an hour after my scheduled time. In addition to that they were all very rude to me and many of the other customers. My nails were not being done well and since I was paying for the service, I wanted it to be done correctly. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueTHE WORST place I have ever been to. First the lady filed my toes with a point and all jagged. I had to ask 3 times for her to fix them and they still look terrible. Then she cut them way too short. I am in actual pain! The polish was even worse. None of her coats were even and again, I had to ask her to fix it several times. She blamed me for bumping it when I hadn’t even moved. I came to get a manicure as well but I wouldn’t let her touch my nails after that experience. Never have I ever left a nail salon looking worse than when I came in. THE WORST place I have ever been to. First the lady filed my toes with a point and all jagged. I had to ask 3 times for her to fix them and they still look terrible. Then she cut them way too short. I went there because my normal salon is closed for a month. I told the man I didn’t want acrylic nails. Five times. I told him I wanted the gel overlay with gel polish. Before I knew it, he’s putting on acrylic- and I told him again – no, I don’t want acrylic. However, by this time, he hacked up my nails so severely, I had to let him complete them because they looked horrible. I asked him numerous times not to pull my skin away from the nail. But, he continued, I literally yelled at him to please not do that. I just let him finish. I’ll never go back. Never. Horrible experience.

I never write reviews but I went there yesterday and I wish I would’ve just went somewhere else. The guy that did my nails had my one nail crooked, he couldn’t do the ombre color I wanted which was fine. I told him I just wanted one solid color to make it easier on him. I got my nails done short and nothing crazy and it came out to be over 60$! I usually wouldn’t care about the price but he did such a poor job on my nails that I just wanted to cry when I left cause they looked so bad.

I am never ever going to back to this place again. The girl that did my mani pedi was horrible. I could barely understand her and she was not very nice to my toes and fingernails. My very first pedicure ever was terrible. I have a problem with ingrown toenails and i told her not to cut the nails. two seconds later, she cut them and then rounded them. I had to tell her at least 5 times to not touch my big toenails with clippers or files. Then my manicure came along. She was very quick and it hurt, especially on my one finger because the nail is very short. I had to make two eek sounds because it hurt. She was also switching from me to another person. When I left the salon, I was in pain and bleeding from my fingernails. And they had the nerve to charge me full price. Never ever going back to that place again. I would demand a refund if this happens to you.

The lady I got was in a rush because I was her last client and she wanted to go home. She was rough with my hands and pulling them around. She also made almost all of my cuticles bleed because she was using the blade on my skin repeatedly. I have a deep cut underneath one of my finger nails. It’s been a day later and my fingers all still hurt and are red.
