Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueFirst off I want to say I called to schedule an appointment and they had me sit in the chair and wait for almost half an hour before anyone even payed attention to me! Not only that but they did a terrible job with my fill… it was extremely crooked and the polish was sloppily put on. Also I’ve had these for only a week and they’re already peeling off and my real nails have turned to this yellow brownish color as someone who gets acrylics often I can say this isn’t normal. First off I want to say I called to schedule an appointment and they had me sit in the chair and wait for almost half an hour before anyone even payed attention to me! Not only that but they did a terrible job with my fill… it was extremely crooked and the polish was sloppily put on. Also I’ve had these for only a week and they’re already peeling off and my real nails have turned to this yellow brownish color as someone who gets acrylics often I can say this isn’t normal. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis place was very unprofessional and did a horrendous job with my acrylic set. I explained I wanted a French set with glitter, when I noticed the tech was going to do something different I explained further what I wanted. She got upset I corrected the job I wanted and sent me to another tech, I could tell they were both upset and bothered. After that the lady began to do her work in a rush tone without properly prepping my nails, the paint and gel coating was not only placed on my nails but my the sides on my fingers. They don’t accept cards only cash and mobile payments so I Zelled my payment along with a tip. However they kept claiming they didn’t receive it and wanted me to send it again despite me showing them proof and explaining it was processing. After an hour of explaining they received the payment on their end. The next day my nails started to pop off from the bottom almost like stick on nails do, so disappointed in this location from the start. I explained I wanted a French set with glitter, when I noticed the tech was going to do something different I explained further what I wanted.
