I’ve recently started going here after being very unhappy going to a nearby nail salon. I’m super happy to have been recommended L’amour Nails! Tim gives the best pedicures around (I normally hate them) and Stephanie had been doing a wonderful job on my gel manicures. They both know what they’re doing and I’ve been very pleased to have found a clean salon with pleasant employees and owners that do a consistently great job.

The nail tech was very personable. I enjoyed speaking with her. However, I was not pleased with my French manicure nor the French polish Job on my toenails. I had to keep asking her to thin out the white tip on my finger nails and toe nails, despite showing a picture when I first entered. In the picture, the French tip was very thin. She kept telling me she couldn’t go thinner because it wouldn’t look good. I’ve seen it thin, many times. If you cannot do it yourself, say that, and let someone who can do it help me. I also kept asking her to clean up the tips, especially on my toes. They were awfully thick and weren’t even straight!! I got gel polish on my fingernails. I had to clean up around my cuticles when I got home, despite asking the nail tech to do so. She kept telling me if I just pick at it, it would come off. The polish also began chipping two days later. She had to re-do my big toe nail due to smudging. She checked it again before I left and claimed it was fine. I checked when I got into my car and it was smudged. The polish had already dried before I left the salon. I never bothered to go back inside because I was on the verge of tears. After 4 days, the French tip on one of my toes was completely gone. My nail did not break; yet, the white line was gone. HOW?! I am not looking for a refund, partial reimbursement or anything of the sort. I just wanted to advise how disappointed I was. This was my first and very last experience there.

First time here. I chose it due to how close it is to my home and also because their prices were better than everyone else around them. I had a great experience on the phone with Tim and he knew who I was when I walked in. The person who did my pedicure was very careful and thorough. Everything in the salon was clean and sanitized and the atmosphere was very soothing and calming. I am planning to return with my two kids so we can do a pedicure together. Definitely recommend this nail salon.

If you’ve ever thought of going here, do it. This salon has been my go to since I found them a few years ago. Their business is always bright and clean, and the owners always make sure their clients feel welcomed. Make sure to make an appointment before you go, as they have pretty steady business. I have nothing but good things to say about this salon.

Found this place on google maps and tried them because of the reviews. Omg! They were so lovely. Pamela did my nails and she did amazing and she was so sweet! I’ll be coming back just for her. They also served me wine and the place was clean. Definitely recommend them.
