I needed a backfill and wanted my nails trimmed. With a free hour in my schedule I dropped in to see if this nail salon could accommodate. I was greeted by a friendly employee who took my information and immediately brought me back to start working on my nails. I was pleasantly surprised with the speed and care Tom took with my nails. I have never had such a clean fill before – I wish I had found this place sooner. I highly recommend Tom based on my experience today.

PLEASE READ!!! I arrived to this shop yesterday morning after 10 am, my GPS was supposed to take me to “Le Nails” but when arriving it said “La’ mour nails” I thought maybe their name was changed and gave it a chance. So I called before going in to see if they took walk ins and a male that answered said yes. So they do take walk ins. The nail technician (male) didn’t wash his hands after coughing and he used lots of racist slurs. He did finish my nails in a timely manner however, it was rushed and sloppy. As I heard the workers making rude comments while waiting for my mom to pick me up so (15 min max) when I began to leave I notice the paint on my nails chipping. My mom called and told them about it and that I wouldn’t return because of their racist conversations and unsanitary employees. With Covid still going around and RSV this place clearly isn’t taking precautions. They have cameras so the proof is there that they didn’t take health safety measures. I’m not use to unsanitary shops, this was my first time trying this shop and last. I should’ve read the reviews before going. My mom decided to contact them because I was so upset about my nails after showing her in the car and the young man asked what can he do and that they can’t help what the owner says! I have never experienced such!

A friend and I went in for gel manicures mid day when the salon was basically empty. My polish is not well done and the manicurist barely said 5 words to me during the whole thing. I’m not expecting to get their life story but at least tell me what you want me to do instead of just pulling my hand around. She was extremely rushed and was obviously annoyed when I refused to remove my hand from the UV light before the time was up. My polish is lumpy and I have pulled strings out of it ruining the manicure. I also specifically asked for my cuticles to be done and they look terrible.

I can’t go back because they’re closed on Sundays and I work all the other days and even tho I sent them pictures they won’t offer me even a credit. The nail tech put gel topcoat on and that’s not accepted practice, it will peel and crack.But hey they gotta pay for the Audi, Ferrari, and Mercedes somehow so cut corners on my nails and charge higher prices. If you don’t belive that drive around the back of the salon and see what’s parked back there. A bit pricey in my opinion but the experience was very good. I don’t want to name techs due to privacy concerns but they were excellent and professional. Pedicures and manicures were just what I needed. I work with my hands a lot so to have all the rough skin was amazing to me. 10/10 would recommend based off of that experience.

PLEASE READ: A couple of nail techs here do an amazing job, others just act like they’re doing something so they can get paid and go home. Anyway, got a full set done about a month ago and have had about 2 fill ins since. First of all, I don’t even come here for a fill in anymore because there’s absolutely no reason I should be paying the price of a full price NEW full set for a FILL IN. But yes, I came here for my 1st fill in since a fresh set a month ago and was charge $47 for it. Absolutely ridiculous. Second, I’m starting to remove my acrylic nails now since they are old and I don’t want to get them redone any time soon. This about the third time where I get a fresh set from this place, wait a couple weeks to remove and HALF OF MY ACTUAL NAILS RIP OFF. Literally have no nails anymore because they were so glued on. I have been getting my nails done the same way for over 10 YEARS and have NEVER had this happen at any other salon and I’ve been to A LOT, all over the country. The nail glue they use here is absolutely toxic. Right now I am sitting here with bleeding SKIN. Not nails because I don’t have any anymore. Thanks to these sorry people. I’m never coming back here.

The lady that did my nails was nice, most of the people there are nice, but one lady, who sits right behind the counter, Onck, not sure of her name, but she is filled with attitude kinda like she’s the best thing there and she is the best. If you allow your staff to be this way, best for them to still be nice and respectful to customers. I said something to her one day before I left the counter about my coming in for my nails, she just looked, no gesture, no response, nothing. Is she front desk material? The female owner seems very nice. Observe your people!
