When I entered she was very quiet and didn’t really talk to me only asked what design I want. Didn’t really explain any prices, just went straight to looking at what she had, she didn’t even have the design I wanted and gave me another option. So I just went with what she had and got it. She started filling my nails with dirty nail drills, not even having any clean ones or wiping the area I was at. When she was cutting my cuticles she cut me and didn’t really bother to clean it or apologize. After that she started putting a uv gel nailpolish and applying the artificial nails and just basically adding glue to put them together. They didn’t even last a day and started coming off in a few hours and fell off when I went to sleep. She charged us 70$ for basically press on nails, that I could do at home for cheaper, they were overpriced and not good quality. I recommend to never come here. UNSANITARY and OVERPRICED!!!!!

Price was right for a pedicure but it took almost 2 hours to complete. Lady did a good job. Massage chair was uncomfortable on my tailbone, no matter how much I adjusted. Did not offer drink.

I’ve always come here since I was young . as the years go by they just got so rude & when my nails werent coming out like I wanted the owner or who ever she is got so mad at me . I’m sorry but I’m paying for nails & leaving tips . she took my nails off & told me she wasn’t going to redo them because I didn’t like the way she did them the first time! I will NEVER COME BACK HERE!!! so rude & not professional at all maybe that’s why business been slow

This used to be my spot back in 2018. Brought in my daughters before they go back to school. Regret it. The lady who did both my daughters nails made them look like they were done children. Kind of the like the dollar store, stick on yourself type. The man who did mine, seems like a perfectionist, cant complain too much because mine came out nice but he over does it with he trimming, filing, etc. he is very rude. Come with patience and low expectations!

This is usually my go to place I love the work the gentleman does I’m surly second thinking it now he was rude cause I asked him to put glitter on all my nails as I usually get I was charged more then I usually pay I am a regular here I’ve gotten service from the (sister)the other shorter lady who does nails and they were so yucky I hear many customers come In Fighting and complaining about her poor job

It was my first time at Lamour Nails. I had a manicure and shellac done. The gentleman who did my nails was very professional and paid attention to every little detail and that to me means a lot. He did a fantastic job. I will definitely be coming back.

HORRIBLE! Got shellac manicure here and they started to chip the very next day. I went back to have her fix it 2 times because they kept chipping. Finally the third time I asked for my money back and she only gave me $15 back not including the $5 tip I gave her. Do not go there! Plus the pedicure lady was horrible. Complete waist of money. Overall HORRIBLE experience.

If I could rate this place less than a 1 Star I would. Went in to get a dip and the lady was very rude !! She cut me multiple times and on top of that cut my nails shorter than I asked and told me since they were cut there was nothing she could do. A lady came in complaining that she got fungus from their pedicure tray. It’s disgusting and ridiculous. If you can save yourself the trip going elsewhere please do so. This review isn’t to bash them but to save clients from horrible service.

I get my pedicures here because they take they time and make sure it’s perfect! I couldn’t find a good place in San Antonio but recommend giving them a try. The best time to got is before 12 to avoid a long wait.
