I started going here off a groupon, but the results I’ve had for laser hair removal and their customer service keeps me coming back. I got my armpits and Brazilian area done and Joanna made me feel very comfortable during the treatment, answered all my questions, and set clear expectations for the treatment. She even made me tea to drink since it was so cold out. Shes amazing! The facility itself is very clean. I think their prices are competitive, but they always have some sort if promotion going on too. I have recommended to others and would continue to do so.

Very nice and quiet spa. I had several services and all were nicely done. Face treatments, infrared tube body treatments and lazer hair removal. The hair removal worked well for me. I would say an 8 our of 10 success rate in removal. Much improved. I was introduced through a groupon and have referred many friends to this spa. I had a very pleasant experience.

I am not one to pamper myself often , but found this amazing spa and treated myself to a facial and it was an amazing experience ❤️ the service is woderful , very professional clean attentive sweet and they are very explicit in explaining . I have been going to Joanna for years and have recommended her and the spa for different treatments .

Great medical spa. Clean and quiet, pleasure to get services there. Stuff is professional and knowledgeable. I have done six treatments brazilian and underarm each, fantastic results. Reasonably priced and always running specials. Groupon offers are also offered directly at the spa. Planning to get my legs lazered !

Spa is really nice, although laser Groupon was stated use for palmour starlux but was used the other machine they own. Very expensive for what the treatments are. Techinans aren’t very thorough patchy work. But although do recommend if you’re looking for somewhere nice to go if you can afford the nice laser.

Service is horrible. No one explaine the microneedeling with PRP procedure for me prior to starting the procedure. I felt rushed through the process. Also the nurse did not go over my entire face with the microneedeling pen and her reason was that i dont need it however i still paid full price.
