La mer nails will never have to worry about my ever returning to their establishment. I had an appointment booked for 12. I arrived only for the ” owner” to let me know he made a mistake and “accidentally” gave away my slot and asked if I would be willing to reschedule for a later time. Mind you I live across town. Needless to say I returned at the time my appointment was rescheduled for, only to be told that they were not accepting any more customers. I explained that I had an appointment for this time only to learn that my tech.was gone for.the evening. Unacceptable! My nail tech was one of the best but its time to find an establishment that actually values their customers. Not to.mention that it’s New Years Eve. Never again!

3rd attempt at scheduling an appointment with a 45min drive and it was an epic fail. Appointments are taken once you arrive it’s a wait or you’re pawned off to someone else. In spite of Sunny is great when I do get him.

I treated my self to get my nails and toes done. I got the gel manicure after they was later in the afternoon they started to chip. Went in the next day to fix and again after I got them fix after a few hours after I left they are chipping again. And they are rude never will go back there again Manicure, Gel manicures, Pedicure, Nail designs

My mom and I got to the store at around 6:30 (our first time here), was immediately greeted with a rude guy at the front desk. I asked if I could do a pedicure and fills and the guy says “yes, we can do that”, great. So the lady does my pedicure and polish within 25 minutes and she says “sorry we’re closing we can’t do your nails, come tomorrow.” So I asked another lady to see what’s going on and she says they sent the person who does the acrylics home. I told her the guy in the front said that I would be able to get everything done and she checks my nails for a few seconds before leaving and never got back to me. So I’m sitting next to my mom for the next 40 minutes as she gets her acrylics done and still needs to get a polish change on her toes after. So while I’ve been waiting , I could have gotten my fills done. If I had known i could only do one or the other, I would have never gotten a pedicure in the first place. Poor service! Definitely see why there’s a lot of 1 star reviews.

I received a cut which 2 days later it still stinks. The cut was so bad the nail tech had to put cigerett buds on the cut in order to stop the bleeding. Horrible experience. Arrived Saturday for a soak off and a Manicure. I was burned by the drill. I recall saying “that burns” about 10 times. I received a cut which 2 days later it still stinks. I went there fir a pedicure and the dip. The girl that did my toes did a terrible job did not cut my cuticles and did a rush job and the one that did my nail was worse
