They were able to squeeze my group of 3 in same-day, which was awesome. They originally told me they were booked when I first called, but then later they called me back to let me know they had a last minute opening. We ended up having the whole place to ourselves and it was amazing. They did a great job giving each of us their full attention. You can tell they really care about their clients. Thank you!

I did not have a good experience here. The owner recorded my appointment incorrrctly when I called in. When we got there, he said I only made an appointment for a manicure & had no time to do a pedicure. He did just an OK job on my gel powder nails & spent five minutes to quickly cut my toenails & put on new polish. Then he insisted charging me $15 for a pedicure of 5 minutes! We will never go back here again!

Nice people, clean and high prices with nothing offered complimentary. Also they are not understanding when someone misses an appointment due to a medical emergency and will brush you off the next time you call. I did not feel valued there.

Best nail service anywhere! So sad I don’t live in the area but I make it a point to come here when I can! Absolutely the best place I have gotten manicures and pedicures. Friendly, gentle, fast working, lovely people who always do a quality job every single time I’m there. My pedicures last 2 months. Love everything about Lam Nails.
