Lalo is a good barber. However the ladies are rude. They treat the customer as if they are doing you a favor. Those ladies need to work on their customer service skills. I took my son in and was explaining to the lady how I wanted my sons hair cut. I made a reference her how Lalo did it the first time i took him, and she just kept telling me to wait until he came back in Tuesday. I guess she did not want to work.

I went to many barber shops and they rarely got me the haircut I wanted, even with picture references. As someone who doesn’t cut their hair often, it’s nice to hear the suggestion from someone who knows the right haircut for the head shape and hair type. After the first visit, they showed me what exactly I have been looking for and how to ask for it. I go to this barber shop exclusively for that reason.

The reason i gave this place 4 stars is because the owner Lalo is a great barber. However, be prepared to wait at least one hour even if you have an appointment that is my only complaint about this place and also the girls who work their can be more helpful and courteous every time i ask them a question they never know anything (not trying to be rude)
