My stylist Gavin did an amazing job. I feel so much more relaxed after getting my hair done. The cut is great and the service was fantastic! Chloe was awesome from the moment I walked into the salon. She listened to my concerns and understood what I was looking for. She asked me a lot of questions throughout my 3 hour appointment and she always checked in with me to make sure I was happy and understood what step she was doing next. She offered me coffee, tea etc and the rest of the staff, like always, are fantastic too. I can’t wait to see Chloe again in 6 weeks. I use to go to this salon years ago but I started a new job and was traveling too much to stay with one salon. I’m glad to be back. The owner, Angie, is awesome as well. I have never had an experience like today. The salon is beautiful and peaceful with a little fun added! The cut, shampoo, head massage and style were amazing. I am extremely happy with my cut and style. As a travel nurse, I needed someone to help me style my thinning hair! Brianna made my experience so comfortable and lovely! I will be back soon!

Today was my first time coming to Lalo and it was exceptional! Gavin was very down to earth and listened to exactly what I wanted for my cut. Not only did he exceed my expectations, but he also was incredibly kind. He asked me along the way if I liked it and was even open to criticism but I have absolutely none! I will definitely be coming back to Lalo as the entire staff made me feel welcome and comfortable during my entire stay ❤️

I scheduled my appointment on a whim this morning about an hour prior. I looked up nearby Salons and reviews and I liked what people had to say about it so I took a chance. I was very nervous coming to a new place knowing I was getting ready to chop my hair that has been a security blanket for a long time. As soon as I walked in the door I immediately felt welcome and was greeted by Devin. I sat down and explained my hair had been thinning and I made a quick decision to do the chop. He made me feel really comfortable, reassured, and excited to just go for it. I just met him and I 100% trusted him. And let me tell you, he did not disappoint! I can’t tell you the last time I left a salon feeling so great about my hair. Not only did I leave with a great haircut, new shampoo, conditioner, and spray, but I left with a new sense of self. Thank you so much Devin for your time today, you really made a difference and I will definitely be back!

I just recently had my hair done at another salon, which I was not too excited about. I came in needing my color and cut fixed. Lindsay Murray did an amazing job. To say I walked out very happy is a major understatement. She also did an amazing job on my eyebrows. I am more than 100% satisfied with the service and treatment I received. The staff here is really friendly as well. I definately found my permanent hair stylist. I cannot thank you enough Lindsay. Can’t wait to see what our next visit brings.

Lyssa is my stylist at Lalo salon. She has always done an amazing job with making me feel comfortable and confident after each visit. I’m not always the best at keeping up with my regrowth (I am usually bleach blonde) and she always does above and beyond getting my hair looking even. I have also referred her to a few of my friends as well and I know they have enjoyed her services as much as I have.
